All eQTL transcripts highlighted in bold have a significant diagnosis interaction (α = 0.05), have SNPs mapping in trans, and are differentially expressed between cases and controls (SAM FDR < 0.1%), with the exception of MGC10812, which met other the criteria but was not differentially expressed.
