BPLF1 1-246 decreases RR activity. 293T cells were transfected with labeled plasmids as indicated. After 24 h, [³H]cytidine was added to the medium for an additional 24 h. Cells were harvested and treated with RNase, and DNA was extracted and purified. ³H incorporation into DNA was determined by scintillation counting.
