Panel A chromatograms (3 across) were obtained using MeOH/0.1% aqueous HOAc (v/v) as eluant. Panel B chromatograms (3 across) were obtained using MeOH/50 mM aqueous Et3NHOAc as the eluant. An evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) was used for detection. (Note that the small peak at tR = ~6 min in chromatograms in Panel B is likely to be an impurity.)
