LPS-induced changes in mean arterial pressure (A) and heart rate (B) in anesthetized rats with or without the TRPV1 receptor antagonist CAPZ or the NK1 receptor antagonist RP67580 and L-733,060. LPS (10 mg/kg) was intravenously injected at 0 min. CAPZ (3 mg/kg), RP67580 (5 mg/kg) or L-733,060 (4 mg/kg) was intravenously injected 10, 5 or 25 min prior to administration of LPS.
