All nodes have bootstrap support of 85 or higher and sequences that have been functionally characterized are coloured green [54]. Taxonomic assignment of each gene is indicated in light grey (Betaproteobacteria) or dark gray (Gammaproteobacteria). Gene cassette sequences recovered from isolates in this study are in bold-type.
