^aRNA was extracted from C. parapsilosis biofilms after 50 h, and the transcriptional profile was compared to that of planktonic culture for independent replicates. GO enrichment analysis was carried out using topGO (2) to determine GO classes that are overrepresented in the differentially expressed data. The GO terms listed are sorted by adjusted P values using the classic (Fisher's exact test) approach and are also significantly different using the adjusted P values from the elim (GO term hierarchy) approach.
