Dendritic cell differentiation in the presence of RCC supernatants or sunitinib shows less IL-12 production. Cytokines were measured by CBA assays in the supernatant of the indicated DC cultures treated for the length of their differentiation from monocytes as indicated. All the experiments were performed with mature DC except when indicated as immature DC.
