Oral gavage feeding of GW610742X at 5 (n= 8), and 100 mg (kg bm)−1 (n= 8) or with a 0.1% vehicle solution (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; n= 8) and after 30 min of submaximal intensity electrically evoked isometric contraction (0.3 Hz; 200 ms; 3 V).
