A representative Western blot is shown for myostatin LAP and mature protein for male and female mice at each age. The abundance of actin is shown to demonstrate the similarity in loading of protein per lane. Note, there was low protein in the samples collected at 2 weeks and actin was not detected in the representative female sample at this age.
