CLN2-deficient cells are not resistant to receptor-independent cytotoxic agents. Control and LINCL-transformed fibroblasts (A) or Epstein-Barr virus-transformed lymphoid cell lines (B) were incubated for 16 or 24 h, respectively, in medium containing 1% FCS with 100 nm staurosporine or 10 μm C2-ceramide.
