Spatial correlation (study II) results show the spatial correlation of ASL to the optically measured HbR, HbO2, and HbT parameters. The ASL signal was projected through the HbO2 forward model (shown in Fig. 4) and then the mean amplitude for each channel was calculated (shown in Fig. 5). These amplitudes were then correlated between the two modalities. Displayed here are the correlation (Pearson's) coefficients for each comparison for the five subjects used in study II. The probability (p value) of each correlation is shown in brackets for each comparison.
