Table 5.

Temporal correlation results show the temporal correlation of BOLD and ASL to the optically measured HbR, HbO2, and HbT parameters. The time courses from the projected fMRI and DOI were averaged over all source-detector channels and then correlated. Displayed are the correlation (Pearson's) coefficients for each comparison for the five subjects used in study II. The probability (p value) of each correlation is shown in brackets for each comparison.
