Different concentrations of acetylshikonin were added to SGC-7901 cell culture for 24 h, cell-cycle phase distribution and apoptotic ratios were then analyzed by FACScan flow cytometry and TUNEL assay with Hoechst staining. Each experiment was independently performed three times.
