Each point corresponds to a constraint. The weight of the constraint is shown on the x-axis and the magnitude of the difference between the actual distance in the experimental structure and the desired distance of the constraint is shown on the y-axis. From the scatter diagram, it is easy to see that high-weight constraints tend to have low errors in distance. This property is true for almost all targets considered.
