Zinc transfer from MT to PAR in the presence of t-butyl hydroperoxide and benzeneselenol. MT (0.5 μM) was incubated with various concentrations of benzeneselenol in the presence (-♦-) and absence (-■-) of t-butyl hydroperoxide (500 μM) in 20 mM Hepes-Na+/100 μM PAR, pH 7.5.
