Graphical representation of study single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). SNPs that were significantly associated with the development of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) are labeled. A p-value of 2 corresponds to a −log10 of 0.01. Six SNPs were significant, one each in the following genes: EPAS-1, IHH, AGTR1, TBX5, CETP, and GP1BA.
