Kinetics of [³H]choline uptake in MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, and MCF-12A breast cancer cell lines with varying levels of ChoK expression. Cell lines were untreated (clear bar), treated with Oligofectamine alone (gray bar), or transfected with ChoK-specific siRNA (solid black bar) and, at 48 hours after transfection, were incubated with 0.2 µCi/ml of [³H]choline chloride for increasing periods. Results shown are the mean values of experiments performed in triplicate and from three independent experiments. Results are represented as %ID per microgram of total protein.
