The RMS error is shown for different levels of trans-axial data truncation. The curve with diamonds shows the case without truncation correction. The curve with circles shows the case when applying the basic approach and the curve with squares when applying the kink approach. However, these last two curves are very similar and cannot be distinguished from each other on the plot.
