Intensity of fluorescence of human leucocyte antigen D-related, CD86, CD80 and CD83 on immature dendritic cells (DCs) from patients and controls in the presence or absence of Fonsecaea pedrosoi. Monocyte-derived DCs from patients and controls were co-cultured with F. pedrosoi (parasite : cell ratio, 3:1) for 24 h and stained with antibodies against human HLA-DR, CD86, CD80 and CD83 for 30 min.
