Wnt7a expression is reduced in both heterozygous and homozygous Vangl2Lp mutants. Wnt7a (A), Wnt5a (B) and Wnt4 (C) expression was measured relative to P0 (acidic ribosomal phosphoprotein) control gene by quantitative RT-PCR of cDNA obtained from total RNA of mouse uterine horns from different animals.
