B, LNCaP cells were transfected with NKX3.1 siRNA (50 nmol/L) or scramble siRNA (50 nmol/L). Total RNA was collected and subjected to real-time PCRusing primers for VEGF-C and 36B4 (housekeeping gene). The data presented is the mean of three individual experiments. C, LNCaP cells were transfected with the NKX3.1-siRNA as mentioned above. Nuclear extracts were subjected to Western blotting using antibody for NKX3.1.
