Cell entries represent unstandardized regression coefficients with standard errors in parentheses obtained from a series of regression models in which each psychosocial resource and measure of personality are included individually. The first entry is the same as model 2 of Table 2. These models include controls for sociodemographic characteristics (e.g., age, marital status, employment status, and education), controls for the equal environment assumption, and a dummy variable indicating if any sociodemographic covariates were imputed. All data come from the twin sample of the National Survey of Midlife Development in the United States (MIDUS), 1995–1996 (Brim et al. 1996). A total of 527 twin pairs are used in these analyses (MZm(129); MZf(155); DZm(104); DZf(139)).
