Western blot analyses of ER chaperone proteins GRP94, GRP78, and ERp72; the ER stress apoptotic factor CHOP; and cleaved caspase-3 (CASP-3) in lymphocytes and thymocytes from BBDP and BBDR rats. Gimap5 protein expression was confirmed in lysates from BBDR rats and actin was used as a loading control. Data shown are representative of three independent experiments.
