Olanzapine (OLA) significantly attenuated the OA-induced impairment in working (A) and reference (B) memory measured by the radial arm maze task 1 week after the microinjection of OA or saline into the right hippocampus of rats. Olanzapine did not affect the spatial working and reference memory formation before OA or saline microinjection. Results are expressed as means ± S.E.M.
