Structural features, selectivity data and X_I(50) values for the 2-oxoamide and fluoroketone compounds used to differentially block the various forms of PLA₂. The percentage inhibition shown in this Table denotes the selectivity of these compounds for the different PLA₂s tested, and the X_I(50) values denote their potency (see Materials and methods section for further details).
