Table 2. expression of constitutively active Rac inhibits the motility of carcinoma cells.

MTLn3 cells were transfected with GFP-CA-Rac. The cells were imaged in medium containing 5 % FBS for 2 hours. The time interval between successive frames was 1 min. Motility parameters were calculated using DIAS software [28], and the data are the mean ± SEM from 15 cells per condition.
