Tumor volume (V) = 0.5 (a × b²), where a and b represent the maximum and minimum tumor diameters, respectively; TGR = (V₂ - V₁)/V₁ × 100%, where V₁ represents the gross tumor volume measured at an earlier time point and V₂ represents the gross tumor volume measured at a later time point.
