Mouse epoxide hydrolase 1 gene (MEH) primers served as an internal positive control. TgCYP3A4 mice were positive for the human CYP3A4 transgene and containing the mouse Pxr allele. TgCYP3A4/hPXR mice were positive for both the human PXR and CYP3A4 transgenes and containing the mouse Pxr null allele.
