All mice (male, 8-week-old) were treated with corn oil or 10 mg/kg/day RIF (po) for three days. Livers were collected 24 h after the last dose and microsomes were prepared. MDZ 1′-hydroxylation was used as the probe for CYP3A activity and detected by LC-MS/MS. CYP3A activity in each control group (Cont) was set as 100%. Data are expressed as means ± S.D., n=3.
