Survival rate of BRCA2F^11/F11; Lck-Cre mice and control mice. T-cell specific disruption of BRCA2 leads to low viability in comparison with that of control mice. While only 2 control mice were died naturaly (red square) during 70 weeks, 10 mice of BRCA2^F11/F11; Lck-Cre mice died of thymic lymphoma (black circle). The timing of death is widespread (from 16 weeks to 66 weeks). Control mice include wild type mice, Lck-Cre mice and BRCA2^wt/F11; Lck-Cre mice. Forty mice were analyzed each.
