Effect of Lipo-HNK and/or radiation on the cell cycle distribution. LL/2 cells were exposed to 18 µg/ml of Lipo-HNK, Lipo-null that contained an equivalent dose of polyethylene glycol liposomes, 18 µg/ml of Lipo-HNK, 5 Gy of radiation, and 5 Gy + 18 µg/ml of Lipo-HNK, and then collected for analysis of the cell cycle phase distribution using flow cytometry.
