Effect of intravenous administration of LY294002 on p-NOS3(S1176), expressed as a ratio of the density of the phosphorylated NOS3 to GAPDH. LY294002 reduced the expression of p-NOS3(S1176) to levels that did not differ from levels of p-NOS3(S1176) in vascular tissues obtained from rats on the 0.3% NaCl diet.
