LC/MS analysis of benzphetamine metabolism by P450 2B6

The incubations, metabolite extraction, and analysis by LC/MS were described under Materials and Methods. Quantitation was performed in the presence of an internal standard (d₃-norbenzphetamine), and the results were normalized to the control (native) sample as 100%.
