Mortality and pupation rate of H. armigera and S. litura larvae feeding on SaPIN2a-overexpressing and control tobacco plants. Ten early second-instar larvae were introduced to each plant of transgenic lines and wild-type plants (WT). Three plants of each transgenic line and WT were used for insect feeding bioassays.
