Complement inhibitor expression in normal bladder and bladder carcinomas. mRNA levels of CD46, CD55 and CD59 were determined in paired normal/cancer samples by real-time RT-PCR. Graph shows fold change in the expression of each complement inhibitor in tumor sample compared to paired normal tissue sample. Mean ± SD of 3 determinations is shown.
