Fli-1 knockdown induces apoptosis of NN10 cells. NN10/TR and NN10/TR/shfli1_749#5 cells were treated with Dox or not treated for 3 days. After 2 and 3 days, the percentages of hypodiploid cells (sub-G₁) were determined by flow cytometry after propidium iodide labeling (A). After 3 days, cells were labeled with annexin V and propidium iodide and the percentage of annexin V-positive/propidium-negative apoptotic cells was determined by flow cytometry (B). Typical results from two different experiments are shown.
