(B) An antibody specific for PRRSV N protein was detected using an Idexx Herdchek PRRS 2XR ELISA kit, and the level of antibody was expressed as a sample value/positive value (S/P) ratio. A ratio of ≥0.4 was regarded as indicating seroconversion.
