The motion field of blood can be produced rapidly by using MR fluid motion tracking to give an estimation of the direction and magnitude of flow. The method can give a quick insight into the fluid flow behavior, and the swirling of blood based on cardiac phases at frames nt = [10, 11, 12, 13] can be observed more clearly after atrial septal occlusion. The swirling traced within the chamber region of interest shows the existence of vortices.
