uPAR deficiency diminishes KC and IL-6 release. Wild-type (Wt) (open bars) and uPAR−/− mice (closed bars) were exposed to either 80% oxygen or room air (control mice) and sacrificed after 4 days. KC (A) and IL-6 (B) were measured in BALF. Data are mean ± SE of 7 to 10 mice per time point.
