After twelve training sessions the mice were tested in a probe session the following day. In this session the escape box had been removed and the time spent in the quadrant of the maze where the box had originally been located was measured. A month later a normal session was performed (retention) in which the time to locate the escape box was determined. The next day a reversal session was performed where the escape box had been moved 180 degrees. Values are mean ± SEM. n = 8 per genotype. N/A, not applicable;
