Values are means ± SE; n = 4 WT mice/group and 8 GSTP-null mice/group. Male 12- to 14-wk-old WT or GSTP-null mice were exposed to air or acrolein (1 ppm, 5 h/day) for 3 days. Mice were euthanized 16 h after exposure.
