Dysregulated macrophage infiltration in ischemic wounds. Wound-edge tissues were collected at the indicated time points after wounding. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded biopsy tissues were sectioned (5 μm) and stained using L1 macrophage/calprotectin immunostaining (brown).
