(a–g) Circular plots of the networks (left or top part of each table cell) and dot plots of the adjacency matrices of the networks (right or bottom part of each table cell) at 7 time points. Note that we have clustered the genes according to the network connections at time point 1 and used this clustering result to fix the order of the genes in all plots. In the circular plots, genes are arranged along the outer rim and the colors indicates the boundaries between different clusters (20 clusters in total). Furthermore, we have added curvature to the edges such that connections within and between clusters can be seen more clearly.
