Linker lengths distributions derived from mono-nucleosome genome-wide positioning data, extracted from in vivo yeast cell populations. The data includes five different replicates, all for wild-type yeasts grown in rich medium. For each replicate, the distribution of linker lengths in the range 0–100 is shown (divided by its mean value), along with an exponential curve that was fit to its decaying part (starting at the main peak).
