Levels of IgG2a measured in mouse serum on day 26 after OVA-post treatment with AbM. Mice were injected with 10 μg of OVA on day 0 and given 200 μl of AndoSan™ extract or PBS intragastrically on day 19, before OVA booster on day 20 and sacrifice on day 26.
