DC were generated by stimulating immature DC with M1 (20 μM), M4 (20 μM), T-cadinol (10 μM), calamenene (10 μM), LPS (100 ng/ml), CT (10 μg/ml) or TNF-α (25 ng/ml). Cells (4 × 104 cell/well) were stimulated with the CD40-L (3.0 μg/ml) for 24 h. After 24 h, the production of IL-12p70 (A), IL-6 (B) and IL-10 (C) was measured by ELISA in culture supernatants. Data are the mean ± S.E.M. of five independent experiments. *P < 0.05 compared with LPS-primed DC.
