(B) Flow cytometry analysis of thymocytes and splenocytes for expression of Vγ1.1 (top panel), Vγ2 (middle), and Vγ3 (bottom) among TCRγδ T cells. Non-lymphocytes and B220 positive B cells are eliminated by gating in the two-D plots. (C) Double staining shows that most Vγ3 positive cells from Id3−/−thymus and spleen are also positive for Vγ1.1.
