Pretreatment with 18-MC enhances cocaine-induced reinstatement of CPP. Rats given 18-MC (40 mg/kg) prior to reinstatement showed an enhanced degree of reinstatement. Preference scores reflect the difference between the time spent in the drug-paired compartment during the CPP test and during preconditioning. * indicates significant difference from VEH during reinstatement (p < 0.05; t-test).
