(A) HeLa cells were harvested on the time indicated (hr) after infection with T. gondii (Ctrl, uninfected control) (B) HeLa cells were harvested after infection with T. gondii (RH), killed tachyzoites (killed RH), and soluble extracts (RH Ag), and (C) phosphorylation was inhibited by siSTAT6 for 24 or 48 hr before the infection with T. gondii, respectively.
