Production of eicosanoids in peritoneal lavage of chimeric mice. Chimeric mice (bone marrow donor → irradiated acceptor) were treated with 1-mg zymosan for 2 h, and the indicated eicosanoids were analyzed by LC/MS/MS and quantitated by isotopic dilution of the corresponding internal standards.
